Japan and North Korea are supposed to have talks this weekend about 10 missing Japanese and the nuclear situation.. heres the link

Are these the 10 Japanese who were kidnapped on the beach and taken to a North Korean submarine years ago? I found that story very, very odd when I read it in the Idiot's Guide.............Anyway, perhaps Japan holding the food shipments over North Korea's head will make them more open to negotiating. I guess we will see tomorrow.
