N.Korea can not give up Nuke

http://news.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2008/06/05/2008060501712.html from Chosunilbo

North Korea's unstoppable passion about nuke project finally redeemed through negotiation between North Korea and the U.S. North Korea continuosly wants to keep their nuclear weapon where as the United States and South Korea ask N.Korea to cooperate for nonproliferation of Nuclear weapon.

North Korean spokesperson said, as the U.S. admit the nuclear weapon presence in Israel that the U.S. should admit and acknowledge N.Korea's Nuclear weapon as well. This shows N.Korea's reliance on Nuclear weapon is a key factor for negotiation at the same time it is the core power of N.Korea's military that N.Korea wants to keep Nuke as long as possible.

Additionally N.Korea wants the U.S. to admit N.Korea's nuclear weapon building capability so as the other countries. Also N.Korea questioning the unfairness about NPT treaty where there are some countries still not sign to cooperate NPT such as; India, and Israel then why N.Korea is the only country to be blamed being occupying the Nuke.

I believe to win a support against North Korea, the United States should start a universal nonproliferation stance against any country, including itself, having nuclear weapons. The selective reactions diminish the credibility of the nuclear nonproliferation stance of the United States.

If you read this article closely untill the end, Tom Casey, "the present Deputy Spokesman and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the United States Department of State,"(Wikipedia), claimed that he can't understand what Prichard is talking about and he will not acknowledge such comment. I learned from previous blogs.the North is getting close to shut down nuclear reactor.

by far the N.Korea is cooperating to the U.S's nonproliferation and shut down the reactor but N.Korea still miss their occupancy of nuclear weapon and still there is embeded wishes of expending their nuke project.
