Maybe they think it's the doing of John Bolton, since they have such a high opinion of him, as Reese indicated. In any event, after the discussion yesterday about "Kremlinology," I think this story may fall into the category of reading into something a bit too much.

In Moscow, a North Korean Embassy official strongly denied that any effort was underway to lower Kim's profile, Russia's Itar-Tass news agency reported.
"It's false information," the diplomat was quoted as saying. "You cannot remove the sun from the sky."
